WHEN?

Move Daily!  Aim to get up and move every 20 minutes from sitting.

Canadian Sedentary Behaviour Guidelines:
The Canadian Society of Exercise Physiologists recommend that for optimal health children and youth aged 5-17 years should minimize time that is spent sedentary each day.  Recreational screen time should be limited to no more than 2 hours per day.  Extended sitting time and time spent indoors throughout the day should be kept to a minimum.
The message of limiting sedentary activity throughout the day can be extended to adults as well.
